1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website located at https://paymint.locker/ and any related services provided by Whitelin Assets UAB (Paymint, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Paymint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at our sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication and, where appropriate, we will notify you via email, platform notification, or dashboard alert.

2. Limitations of Use

  • Modify, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute materials from Paymint.
  • Interfere with or disrupt networks or services provided by us.
  • Transmit unlawful, obscene, fraudulent, or harmful material.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Send unauthorized advertising or spam.
  • Harvest or collect user data without consent.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

3. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the activities that are prohibited on Paymint. Breaches may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use Paymint. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false information has been provided, where suspicious activity is detected, or where these Terms are breached

5. Geographic Availability and Licensing

Paymint services may not be available in all jurisdictions. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to certain regions where digital asset services are prohibited, require licensing, or are otherwise restricted by law. Availability may change as regulations evolve

6. Licensing and Regulatory Compliance

Paymint operates subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as a guarantee that our services are authorised in every jurisdiction. We may restrict, suspend, or refuse services where licensing, registration, or other authorisations are required by law.

We may suspend, restrict, or withdraw services from any jurisdiction at any time where required by law, regulation, or at the request of a competent authority, without prior notice.

7. KYC, AML, and Compliance

As a regulated financial services provider, Paymint complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) obligations.

You agree to provide accurate and complete identity documents and information when requested. We may refuse to process transactions or suspend your account if we are unable to verify your identity or if your activity raises compliance concerns.

You agree not to use Paymint for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or sanctions violations.

8. Prohibited Activities and Sanctions Compliance

When using Paymint, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or any activity that violates Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws.
  • Engaging in or facilitating ransomware, darknet market activity, illegal gambling, or any unlawful sale of goods or services.
  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions imposed by the European Union, the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the United Kingdom, or any other applicable authority.
  • Using Paymint if you are located in, a resident of, or otherwise associated with jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions.
  • Interfering with or attempting to gain unauthorized access to Paymint’s systems, networks, or data.
  • Exploiting security vulnerabilities or testing the platform without prior written consent.
  • Using the platform for any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Paymint’s infrastructure or reputation.

Paymint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities and to cooperate with relevant authorities in such cases.
