This Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances in which Paymint will issue refunds for transactions. Due to the unique and irreversible nature of cryptocurrency, refunds are highly restricted and will only be granted in specific cases described below.
By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are only available where:
If cryptocurrency has already been fully credited to the user’s wallet, the transaction is final. No refunds will be issued. Users may withdraw their cryptocurrency in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.
EU Consumer Rights Exemption: Under European Union law, digital services normally include a 14-day cooling-off period. However, cryptocurrency transactions are exempt from this right once the digital asset has been credited, because such transactions are irreversible. By proceeding with a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the transaction and acknowledge the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal once assets are credited.
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
Paymint does not currently provide subscription services. Refunds are not applicable to subscription-based products.
To request a refund, users must:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Paymint reserves the right to refuse or deny refund requests if abuse, fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or other suspicious activity is suspected. This includes:
Paymint shall not be liable to provide refunds where failures or delays are caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to external blockchain network failures, force majeure events, natural disasters, power outages, regulatory restrictions, or technical failures of third-party systems.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable European Union regulations. In the event of any conflict between Lithuanian law and EU law, Lithuanian law shall prevail to the extent permitted. Any disputes arising under this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
